Automation you
see, you measure, you
control.
We design and integrate automation systems for production lines, machinery and industrial processes, from a single machine connected to sensors, up to complete department supervision systems

OUR APPROACH
Tailor-made automation, not standard solutions.
Each production department has different processes and constraints. We analyze the real process, identify where automation creates measurable value, and build the solution around the machines and systems you already have — without necessarily replacing what works.

Integrated
With existing PLC, SCADA, MES, ERP
Scalable
From one machine to the entire department
Accessible
Data on PC, tablet and smartphone
WHAT WE CAN DELIVER
Six areas of action.
Each area can be delivered individually or integrated into a single management platform.

01 - SUPERVISION
We connect machines and lines to sensors and MES software to monitor in real time status, speed, stops and scrap. We calculate OEE automatically, identifying where productivity is lost.
02 - INTEGRATION
We connect data already available on PLC and SCADA to a higher management level, synchronizing production, work orders and industrial accounting — without replacing the existing infrastructure.

03 - ROBOTICS
Integration of robotic arms and automated cells into existing lines: handling, assembly, palletizing. We also work on retrofit of robotic cells already in place.

04 - MACHINE VISION
Computer vision systems that automatically inspect products on the line, detecting defects with consistency higher than manual visual inspection — reducing scrap and rework.
05 - TRACEABILITY
We automatically record every step of the process — batches, raw materials, machine settings, operator, times — building a complete history for quality certifications and audits .

06 - PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE
Vibration, temperature and current sensors on critical machines to detect wear signals before failure, reducing unplanned downtime and extraordinary costs.
HOW TO START
An audit to understand where to begin.
01
Mapping
Of the machinery and systems already in place
02
Impact analysis
We identify the areas with the greatest impact on
productivity and quality
03
Proposal
Action plan with cost estimate and payback times, no blind investment
